Diet: Breakfast - Eggs w/ Toast Lunch - Tunafish Sandwich Dinner - Pack of Ramens 4 glasses of water 1.5 glasses of wine Exercise: 60 crunches 10 bicycle crunches 90 reverse crunches 50 lying pull-ins 51 push-ups 30 squats No night exercises last night. But I did get some good cardio in. I walked around Olde City to check out the First Friday events. Pretty awesome!
